GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

• Tourism fee – Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is payable by guests directly at the hotel.

• Deposit policy – A security deposit per night is taken during check-in which is refunded to guests upon departure if unutilised.

• Transfers to FIVE Palm Jumeirah – The shuttle service from FIVE Jumeirah Village to FIVE Palm Jumeirah has been discontinued,

please take off any reference of this from your website/marketing material. Guests can however contact the concierge team to arrange for transfers.

 ADDITIONAL CHARGE

All rates are exclusive of Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night which will be charged to the guest directly.

 MEALS POLICY

Breakfast can be availed at Numa

Half Board will be considired as Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner.

Half Board on Christmas (24 & 25 December ) and New Year's (31 December ) will be applicable for breakfast and lunch only.

During month of Ramadan and some other public holidays during the year, restrictions may apply for the operation of the restaurant and bars as per UAE law.

 NEW YEAR POLICY

New Year Eve dinner on the night of 31 December  will be compulsory at Numa

For all arrivals on or between 27 December to 01 January , a minimum of 5 night's stay is compulsory.

No departures on 31 December .

Reservations passing over NYE (31 December ) cannot be booked on All-inclusive rates, bookable only on BB or HB rates.

 ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

Extra person can be accommodated in existing bedding, sofa bed or rollaway bed. Sofa Bed or Rollaway bed is not guaranteed.

Sofa Bed and Rollaway Bed are not possible to be placed in Luxe Sea View Double Queen category.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: will result into 100% charge for entire stay and will be subject to full charge in accordance to the original reservation.

NAME CHANGES: At any time within the cancellation period, changes in name, date or duration will result in the booking being cancelled (cancellation charges applicable)

with a new booking being required to be made subject to availability and rate at the time.

RESIDENCES and VILLAS: In case of cancellations, no-shows, early departure - 100% stay charges of the booking will be charged. Booking modifications are not allowed.

Check-out time: 12:00
